AiLG seeks to intervene in a simplified sales process composed of six tasks.
The artificial intelligence that helps drive growth is known as (AiLG) "Artificial intelligence Leading Growth". This (AiLG) seeks to intervene in a simplified sales process composed of six tasks, each of these tasks in turn consists of a series of Micro actions.
As AI technology advances, the (AiLG) advances with iterative improvements, called "AiLG Generations" which are denoted as AI(n)), where each new generational series seeks to achieve greater levels of autonomy and sophistication.
These sequences of tasks can be performed by Human Intelligence (HI), or assisted by artificial intelligence (HI/AI), or can be completely replaced by it (AI). As explained previously, each task consists of microactions and it is in the latter where AI is having a great impact in boosting process performance.
In the table you can see the evolution of AI(n) from the year 2022 to its projection to the year 2026. As you can see, the evolution goes from a (Do More) of simple to increasingly complex tasks and from processes that are fault tolerant to more robust.
